Your satisfaction matters to us. You may return or exchange under the following terms:
- Within 14 days of the delivery date.
- The item must be unused and in its original condition with packaging and tags.
- Opened perfumes and bukhoor are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.
- Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
